Mary was rescued from a trailer park. They weren't feeding her, they expected her to eat from the garbage. She was a baby maker, having litter after litter, nursing with no food. She had to fight other cats and dogs to have a little bit of something to eat so she could feed her babies. Mary is doing very well in her foster home. She is extremely well-behaved, very sweet, very loving, indoor cat. She is a people-person. She had a minor medical issue at first, Feline Idiopathic Cystitis, a severe inflammation of the bladder lining. This has been linked to pain and stressful situations. After finishing her medications, Mary appears normal. The vet felt that Mary's ideal situation would be in a home with no other animals. I agree, and she is happy where she is now so I want her to go to someone that can do as good as, or better than I can. She does enjoy the company of my guinea pigs, so guinea pigs are ok. :-) Mary is about 1 to 2 years old and weighs 11.8 pounds. Please call 865-300-xxxx or email [email removed]
